Restaurant L’Ostrica is coming soon to Montford by way of owners Cat Carter and Eric Ferguson. The new spot will be located on 4701 Park Road, housed in the same building as Vintage Nail Bar and Waterbean Coffee.
According to a article by Axios Charlotte, this 2,500 square foot location will initially house a chef’s market in the Summer then evolve into a tasting menu joint by fall 2023.
Axios also reported, the market opening this Summer will offer house made items; fresh pasta, sandwiches and sweets to name a few.
What Now Charlotte was unable to get specifics on menu items as the co-owner Cat Carter was not immediately available for comment. The main aesthetic of the future location is also unknown at this time.
