Chick-fil-A is in the process of constructing a new restaurant in Concord, according to recently filed permits. The new spot will be at 268 Concord Pkwy S.
It appears that the restaurant is in the later stages of development.
This will be the fourth location for the international chain to come to the Concord area and the second along Concord Pkwy S. The other location is about a mile away at 985 Concord Pkwy S.
As of yet, Chick-fil-A has not released an opening date for the new spot.
The Atlanta-based chain currently has more than 3,000 stores across 48 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico and Canada. It is known for its fast-food chicken meals, including its classic spicy chicken sandwich, its nuggets, and its waffle fries. It also offers chicken-based breakfast options, such as the Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Minis and its chicken breakfast sandwiches.
