A new hotel has been unveiled for Cary. The Pagemore Hotel at Fenton is targeting a fall 2027 opening at 465 Fenton Gateway Drive, according to a release.

Developer Mainsail Lodging & Development made the announcement alongside Ross Hotel Partners and global real estate firm Hines. The forthcoming hotel will have seven stories and 186 guest rooms.

The hotel will also feature an Eastern Mediterranean restaurant, Barouk, with terrace dining, as well as a lobby bar and coffee shop. There will also be more than 6,000 square feet of event space available.

“Today we celebrate more than a name – we celebrate a vision taking shape,” Joe Collier, president and founder of Mainsail Lodging & Development, said in the release. “The Pagemore is about possibility: creating a hotel that reflects Cary’s spirit, fuels economic vitality and offers an experience that’s both sophisticated and a little mischievous. Today’s event is the first step in sharing that story with the community and the world.”

Tampa-based Mainsail Lodging & Development has multiple hotel concepts in its portfolio, many of which are in Florida.
