A new indoor golf simulator with a full-service bar and restaurant called 19th at the Warehouses is opening soon in Rock Hill, located at 130 W White Street, Unit C.
The new entertainment venue will move into the former home of the Mercantile, with Vinyet Architecture helping ownership reimagine the space. Guests can expect several virtual golf simulators that will take players to the world’s most iconic golf courses using innovative technology. When guests aren’t virtually golfing, they can enjoy signature cocktails and small plates or entrees at the onsite bar and restaurant. The new concept is expected to open in early 2024.
This new restaurant and golf experience will be available for members and walk-ins. 19th at the Warehouses will have various membership options, including lifetime, group, individual, two-year, and monthly plans. Hourly bay rentals will cost about $30 an hour for members, with walk-ins welcome as availability allows, but cost a little more. Bay rentals will be available at $40 until 4 pm, which will jump to $75 an hour until close, according to the company’s website.
When guests are not playing, they will have plenty of food and drinks to choose from. While the company’s drink menu is still being worked on, the company’s website offers insight as to what customers can expect from food. For starters, the restaurant will have shared plates perfect for groups of four, including brisket nachos, buffalo chicken dip, and boiled peanuts. For individuals, there are handheld sandwiches and flatbread pizzas. For dessert, customers can have either a warm skillet cookie or churros with a Nutella dipping sauce.
“Our goal with the 19th at the Warehouses is to create a place where we can come together and continue to build lasting bonds and improve our skills in the sport of golf,” according to the founders on the website. “We promise to continue supporting our community, the same one that has been so good to us and our families.”
