A brand new Latin bar called Zona Rosa is getting ready to spice up the South End, with the company getting ready to make its debut soon at 226 Fairwood Ave.

The new bar will replace The Fairwood 226, which closed its doors last month, according to Jason Thomas. This is the latest from the owners of Conciertos Latinos, a Carolinas-based marketing company for Latin and International events. When it opens, customers can expect live music, an energetic atmosphere, and plenty of TVs, as well as plenty of beer, cocktails, food, and more. Zona Rosa will open in Spring 2024.

The company’s social media has kept everyone on their toes by providing interested guests with plenty to look forward to. The new concept will be a fusion of four areas to entertain music and food enthusiasts, according to a recent Instagram post. Customers can expect a rooftop area, a patio, a bar, and a lounge. While the concept is being marketed as a bar, it will feature delicious food through its sophisticated kitchen.

Despite having plenty of food and drink options, all at an affordable price, Zona Rosa will be a hotspot for anyone looking to find a great place to dance. The new bar will feature all kinds of Latin-influenced genres, including Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Reggeaton, Dembow, and more. Zona Rosa will also have weekly specials, such as a live salsa band once a month and live timbales every Saturday. Expect a grand opening in the next few weeks, possibly next month.
