As Omni Hotel moves forward with plans to open at 10 W. South St. in Raleigh, it has revealed plans for a Bob’s Steak & Chop House within the hotel, according to the Triangle Business Journal.
The Omni Hotel is expected to open in 2028 and will have more than 550 guest rooms. It is also expected to feature meeting spaces, multiple food and beverage spots, a rooftop pool, a spa and a fitness center, according to a former release from Omni Hotels & Resorts.
Bob’s Steak & Chop House launched in 1993 along Lemmon Avenue in Dallas. It now has 15 locations across the country, with spots in states including Arizona, California, Tennessee and Kentucky in addition to its home state of Texas. Many of the locations are in Omni Hotels and Resorts across the nation.
Bob’s Steak & Chop House focuses on providing high-quality prime USDA beef, sourced from the Chicago-based Stock Yards Meat Packing Company. In addition, the steakhouse is known for its fresh bread, seafood and sides. The brand also features an award-winning wine selection.
“Since 1993, Bob’s Steak & Chop House has built upon a reputation of quality, tradition and authenticity, gracefully striking the perfect balance of comfort and caliber at each of our locations,” the website states. “While every steakhouse has its own unique personality, each restaurant strictly upholds the same exceptional dining and service standards, specializing in big, flavorful steaks that are hand-selected from the top two percent of USDA prime beef.”
