Charleston’s local favorite burger spot closed permanently last month. No Bull Burger Bar shared the news of closure with its followers on Instagram in a post titled ‘End of an Era: The Last Hurrah at No Bull Burger Bar.’

The No Bull Crew announced they would be closing the West Ashley location. The announcement was followed by an invitation for guests to celebrate the last week together. Unlike most closures, No Bull Burger Bar said goodbye to its home with live music and fun vibes.

For the team, No Bull was more than just a bar; it was part of the community. It became a haven for local bands attempting their first gig, a late-night spot for friends-turned-family dropping by for last-minute treats, and everything in between.

The ‘Last Hurrah’ was a fitting way to bring down the curtains on its legendary run with live music, nostalgia, and many good stories. Guests had a blast as the final days treated them to pop-up appearances from old favorites and limited-edition menu throwbacks.

Community Says Goodbye to Local Gem

The announcement elicited reactions and comments that reflected fond memories. Locals shared memories and messages of support following the post about the West Ashley closure. Many thanked the team for the memories and impact No Bull had on the neighborhood.

No Bull’s Next Chapter

While the chapter at its original location ended, No Bull Burger Bar is far from done. The establishment made it clear in its announcement post that it is in no way coming to an end.

“No Bull will live on in a new space, with the same heart (and heat) you know and love,” the post read. The crew said they are turning the page and preparing for the next chapter.

The team thanked its customers, looking forward to seeing their continued support at their next outpost. Rather than saying goodbye, the team promised to return soon.

Charleston residents will surely miss the mouthwatering tacos, burgers, and dance floors. However, it seems the wait for a great burger may soon be over, as the eatery works to shortly unveil its next location. No Bull Burger Bar will continue at a brand-new spot and is expected to share details soon.
