Shake Shack to Come to Charlotte Premium Outlets in 2025

The new location will be Shake Shack’s sixth spot in the Charlotte area.

Charlotte Premium Outlets announced in a press release that Shake Shack will be coming to the mall in 2025. It will be located near the entrance next to Saks OFF 5TH.

Situated along New Fashion Way, Charlotte Premium Outlets is a 398,421-square-foot outlet shopping mall owned by Simon Property Group. It features more than 100 stores that offer products ranging from apparel to home furnishings.

The Shake Shack location coming to Charlotte Premium Outlets will be the global burger chain’s sixth addition to the Charlotte area. It also has locations at Park Road Shopping Center, at Blakeney Town Center, in South End, in Huntersville, and inside the Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

Shake Shack began in 2004 in Madison Square Park, New York, and has since expanded to more than 510 locations globally. This includes 330 locations across 33 states in the U.S., as well as 180 international locations in hubs such as London, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Mexico City, Istanbul, Dubai, Tokyo and Seoul. Rob Lynch has been the CEO since May 20.

The new location is expected to feature the classic Shake Shack core menu, which includes burgers, chicken, crinkle-cut fries and shakes.

The official opening date has yet to be announced.
