SupperClub SouthEnd is projected to be open this August in South End at 3521 Dewitt Lane. Co-owners Andrea Nivens and Bradley J Byrd were not available for comment on the new restaurant when contacted by What Now Charlotte on Friday.
Byrd and Nivens are long time Charlotte restaurant industry vets fixing to bring entertainment, craft cocktails and wood-fired Southern food all into one cohesive space. According to the SupperClub website, entertainment offered at the venue will span from physical games like duckpin bowling to live music performed by DJs, local and touring artists.
In a press release, Byrd and Nivens expressed that SupperClub will be different from other entertainment venues and focus more on the food and drinks offered, while adding games and music in as an amenity.
SupperClub SouthEnd’s menu will be wood-fired Italian and French inspired Southern dishes. They will include a craft cocktail menu and a beer and wine list will also be featured.
The SupperClub website refers to three separate spaces within the venue. Their will be a restaurant for dining, a bar for drinks and games and a lounge for an additional experience.
SupperClub is opening as part of the new LoSo Village mixed-use development, on the edge of South End. The adaptive reuse development encompasses six properties totaling more than 50,000 square feet adjacent to Scaleybark Light Rail Station.
