North Carolina chain Mezcalito has lined up its seventh location, targeting the Raleigh-Durham area. It has signed a lease at Rolesville’s Cobblestone Village.

Mezcalito currently has six locations throughout the state, including restaurants in Durham, Clayton, Beaufort, Goldsboro, Henderson and Apex. It serve Mexican dishes like fajitas, enchiladas, carnitas and tacos. It also serves a full beverage program, featuring margaritas, mojitos, cocktails, wine and beer.

Mezcalito first opened in Beaufort in 2019 and has since expanded across the state. As of now, it appears that the new location at Cobblestone Village is in the early stages of development. It is unclear at this time if there will be any concept changes at the new spot from the Mezcalito brand.

As of now, no information has been released regarding timeline.

Rolesville’s Cobblestone Village recently opened, featuring nearly 50,000 square feet of retail space. Mezcalito will join other tenants such as Wolfgang Bakery, Anytime Fitness and Pixel Bar + Arcade.
