Spice Restaurant & Bar is preparing for a comeback. The former Park Street staple, which first opened in 2005, will return to the district in spring 2026. The new location will reopen at 491 Park St., bringing back the brand nearly two decades after it first helped shape the area’s nightlife and dining scene.
The concept is being revived by One Hospitality, the group behind several Columbus restaurants and bars. The updated Spice will feature a modernized take on Asian-focused dishes along with a refreshed cocktail and beverage program. The goal is to capture the energy of the original restaurant while introducing a menu and atmosphere suited for today’s Park Street crowd.
The return of Spice aligns with continued growth in the district, which has seen steady investment in restaurants, bars and entertainment venues over the past several years.
