Columbus food lovers have something new to look forward to this summer as Bareburger prepares to open at 4169 Worth Rd., near Easton Town Center, in July or August. The popular restaurant, known for its commitment to organic, sustainable ingredients, is expanding beyond its signature burgers to offer an even more diverse menu at this location.
George Mathew, owner of the new Columbus Bareburger, is excited about the move to Easton, calling it “one of the best locations in Columbus, if not the best from the perspective of retail and restaurants.” He emphasized the accessibility of the area, saying, “It’s a highly visited spot, and we’re excited to bring our brand to a location with easy parking, compared to harder-to-access city spots.”
While Bareburger has built its reputation on organic, grass-fed beef burgers and plant-based options, the Columbus location will feature an expanded menu that goes beyond burgers and fries. New offerings will include cheesesteaks, tacos, steak frites, and pastrami sandwiches.
