Brunch lovers, get ready. Biscuit Belly is officially coming to Columbus, bringing its Southern-inspired comfort food to 1417 W. 5th Ave.
Founded by husband-and-wife team Chad and Lauren Coulter, Biscuit Belly started as a passion project rooted in the flavors of their hometowns. The former pharmacists turned restaurateurs first found success with a wine and tapas concept before shifting their focus to what they loved most: brunch. The result was Biscuit Belly, a restaurant built around bold flavors, indulgent plates, and a deep appreciation for Southern food traditions.
To bring the concept to life, the Coulters teamed up with executive chef Tavis Rockwell, who spent three months developing the restaurant’s proprietary biscuit recipe. That attention to detail shows up in every bite, with fluffy, buttery biscuits serving as the foundation for a menu packed with creative twists on Southern classics.
The Columbus location will mark another step in Biscuit Belly’s expansion, giving West Side residents and brunch enthusiasts across the city a new go-to spot for laid-back mornings and indulgent comfort food. An opening date has not yet been announced, but anticipation is already building.
Stay tuned for updates as Biscuit Belly prepares to bring its labor-of-love brunch menu to Columbus.
