According to recent reporting, Blue Berry Cafe will open a second location this year in Kettering at 2932 S Dixie Dr, in the former home of the Golden Nugget Pancake House. The breakfast and lunch eatery has a location in Bellbrook and earlier this week announced via Facebook that it was moving its original eatery to a new home in Bellbrook.
The move and the second location are happening on a close timeframe, and Kelley Andary shared with What Now Columbus that she and co-owner Ray Jean were approached by property owner Winsupply Inc., about the second location in mid-December, after the Bellbrook move was already in motion. Currently, Andary said construction is underway for the dining area and upgrades to the kitchen equipment at the new restaurant.
Guests can rest assured that the menu options, customer experience and ambiance at the Kettering location will mirror the Bellbrook eatery. In terms of opening, Andary said they’re hoping for a soft opening at Kettering within the next month, dependent upon the construction schedule and other factors.
