This spring, Echo Spirits is branching out with a brand-new concept: Echo Spirits: On the Vine, opening at 3510 Clark-Shaw Road in Powell. Designed as a destination where craft cocktails meet a relaxed, vineyard-inspired setting, this new location is a reflection of the distillery’s deep community roots and commitment to growth.
Echo Spirits was born out of central Ohio’s booming distilling scene—home to more than 70 registered craft distilleries, with more clustered in this region than anywhere else in the state. Inspired by that momentum and driven by a love for their hometown, the founders of Echo Spirits took a chance on creating their own brand, one that would mirror the energy, creativity, and intelligence of the community around them.
Founded in Columbus’s Grandview neighborhood, Echo Spirits is more than a distillery—it’s a tribute to the people who made it possible. “We are nothing if not an echo of our community,” founder and CEO Joe Bidinger says. That sentiment has fueled every bottle they’ve crafted and every cocktail they’ve poured, and now it’s guiding the brand’s expansion into Powell.
Echo Spirits: On the Vine will offer a unique alternative to the urban atmosphere of the original Grandview location.
