Elevated Pizza, a popular Columbus-based food truck known for its wood-fired pizzas, is set to open a permanent location at Budd Dairy Food Hall, located at 1086 N. 4th Street in the Italian Village neighborhood. This move marks a significant milestone for the mobile eatery, which has built a loyal following through its appearances at local breweries and events.
The new brick-and-mortar spot will offer Elevated Pizza’s signature menu, featuring favorites like the Spicy Pepperoni with Ezzo™ pepperoni and serrano peppers, the Alsatian with bacon and candied onions, and the Veggie topped with zucchini coins and micro sprouts. Patrons can also enjoy the “Build Your Own” option, allowing for a customized pizza experience.
This expansion comes as Budd Dairy Food Hall undergoes changes, with Elevated Pizza filling the space previously occupied by Borgata Pizza. The addition of Elevated Pizza is expected to enhance the diverse culinary offerings at the food hall, providing guests with a fresh and flavorful pizza option.
