Eupouria, the University District bar known for its neon glow and game-day energy, is preparing for a major expansion that is expected to wrap up early 2026. The bar is taking over the space next door to build a dedicated kitchen, marking its first step into full food service.
The commercial kitchen will be operated with a yet-to-be-announced culinary partner. While details are still being kept quiet, ownership confirmed that the collaboration will bring a full menu to the bar for the first time. The added space is designed to help Eupouria open earlier in the day, support heavy game-day traffic, and round out its atmosphere beyond nightlife.
Eupouria has grown quickly since opening, gaining attention for its themed nights, DJs, and social-media friendly setting. The bar also drew headlines this fall for a rivalry-week promotion offering customers a free drink if Ohio State beat Michigan.
When construction is complete, guests can expect an expanded footprint with more seating, updated finishes, and a seamless connection between the bar and the new kitchen area. The move sets up Eupouria for higher volume, extended hours, and a stronger presence in one of Columbus’ busiest student districts.
