Jaggers, the fast-casual burger concept created by Texas Roadhouse, is planning its first Ohio location at 1321 Polaris Parkway in Columbus. The restaurant will introduce the Texas Roadhouse-backed brand to the state, expanding the company’s footprint beyond its well-known full-service steakhouses.

Developed by Texas Roadhouse as a quicker, counter-service concept, Jaggers focuses on burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, and hand-spun milkshakes. While the format is more streamlined, the brand reflects the same emphasis on fresh ingredients and made-to-order meals that Texas Roadhouse is known for nationwide.

The Polaris Parkway location places Jaggers in one of Central Ohio’s busiest retail and dining areas, drawing both local residents and visitors. An opening date has not yet been announced, but the project marks a notable move by Texas Roadhouse to test further growth of its burger-focused concept in the Columbus market.
