Big things are on the horizon at Noble Cut Distillery. The Gahanna-based spirits maker, already well-loved for its handcrafted bourbons, vodkas, and limoncello, is preparing to add a full-service kitchen to its tasting room – marking a major step forward in its guest experience.

Construction is currently underway, with the kitchen expected to be up and running by October. Once complete, visitors will be able to enjoy a full food menu designed to complement Noble Cut’s signature cocktails and tasting flights. While exact menu details haven’t been released, the offerings will focus on elevated yet approachable fare that pairs well with the distillery’s craft spirits.

This expansion turns Noble Cut from a tasting stop into a full-blown destination—perfect for happy hours, date nights, or casual gatherings with a little extra flavor. With the new kitchen, guests can linger longer, sip slower, and savor a more complete experience.
