A new wine-focused destination is coming to downtown Delaware.
Open BTL Wine and Spirits is opening at 39 E. William St., bringing a fresh concept to the local dining and nightlife scene. The wine bar will feature the only rooftop patio in Delaware, offering elevated views of the downtown area alongside a curated selection of wines from around the world.
Designed to be both approachable and community-driven, Open BTL aims to welcome everyone from casual wine drinkers to seasoned enthusiasts. Guests can expect a wide-ranging wine list paired with high-quality, tapas-style small plates created to complement each pour.
