After recently opening a location in Powell, a group of franchise owners is already planning the next location for Parlor Doughnuts, which will open in Lewis Center at 5915 Evans Farm Drive, Suite F.

Owner-operator Ryan Galbraith, along with Joe Geraci and the Couchman Companies, recently opened a new location on Feb. 8 at 4290 Home Road in Powell, but they’re already getting ready to start working on the following location for Parlor Doughnuts, according to Columbus Business First. The franchise group plans to welcome customers at the new Lewis Center Parlour Doughnuts in Summer 2025, aiming for a June 1 opening.

This is just the beginning, considering Galbraith tells Columbus Business First they could also have another Parlor Doughnuts open before the end of the year. The ultimate goal is 12 to 15 locations around Central Ohio. The franchise group should have no problem expanding this brand throughout Ohio, considering each franchise owner has substantial experience with franchising. Couchman Companies is a franchisee of multiple restaurant concepts in various markets, including Jet’s Pizza, X-Golf, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe, which Galbraith and Geraci have also franchised in the past.

The new Powell location was a personal choice for Galbraith, who has managed the Powell Jets location for several years and graduated from Olentangy Liberty High School, located right next to the new store. In addition to personal connections, the 3,000-square-foot space provides the best opportunity to create a “flagship” location that is the hub for the brand’s growth. Employees will receive training at this Parlor Doughnuts before moving on to new stores. Initially, the franchise group looked in Westerville and Marysville for its first location.
