The newest location will be at 4881 Roberts Rd, according to information found in the permit, with the projected cost of the new construction at $3.1 million. The Pennsylvania based business is a fueling station and convenience store chain that offers fast casual made to order options, including coffee, tacos, burgers and breakfast foods.
There are over 700 locations across Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio, with over 20 locations currently open in the Columbus area with several others on the way. The company got its start over 70 years ago, and is based in Altoona, Pennsylvania. According to information on its website, Sheetz is a family owned business.
The chain offers made to order fast casual items like brats, burgers, fries, chicken sandwiches and flatbread pizzas called Pizza Flatz. There are also breakfast options like breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches made on bagels, English muffins or croissants. Drink options range from milkshakes in a number of flavors including peanut butter fudge brownie and dark chocolate chip, there are also hot drinks like lattes, hot chocolate and iced drinks like chai tea and cold brew coffee.
