According to a recently filed commercial alteration permit, Smoothie King is opening a new franchised location at 5051 N High St. Additional details associated with the permit, including a site plan, names Northern Blends Holding, LLC as the franchisee.
The site of the new Smoothie King will take the place of a former Sprint store located in the Graceland Shopping Center, a retail space that includes nearby tenants such a Target, Subway and Gamestop.
Smoothie King serves a variety of drinkable smoothies as well as smoothie bowls and is known for offering fast, healthy smoothies on the go, with mobile ordering options and a customer rewards program. According to the Smoothie King website, in 2018, the company had grown to over 1,000 franchise locations across three continents. The opening of the 5051 N High St. location will make the sixth Smoothie King in the Columbus area.
