As first reported by Columbus Business First, Columbus will soon have a new brewery. The Pennsylvania-based brewpub franchise Voodoo Brewing Co. will open in the Short North at 958 N High St. The brewery is being opened by a local entrepreneur and franchisee, Srinivas “Sam” Madhamshetti, a real estate agent and owner of several retail establishments and restaurants.

As detailed in the previous article, the brewpub space will combine two addresses: 958 N High St, the former home of DeVine Tastings & Dining, and 952 N High St, which was formerly cocktail bar Mouton. Voodoo Brewing Co. will seat around 100 guests, and will serve beers on tap, as well as cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. The food selections include pizzas, appetizers, burgers and salads.

The brewery is currently slated to open in October, per information in the article. What Now Columbus reached out to Madhamshetti for more information, but a comment was not available at the time of this article’s publication.
