Mattamy Homes Breaks Ground in Prime Lake Highlands Location
Mattamy Homes, one of the leading family-owned home builders with decades of experience across the US market, has broken ground in Lake Highlands Village, Dallas. The company is leading the construction of a gated townhome community featuring 85 homes with private garages.
The community will include three-story townhomes, each spanning across 2,000 square feet of space. It is designed for low-maintenance living while still providing enough space for families and professionals.
The development is located in a prime area with easy access to 17,000 square feet of nearby retail and restaurant space. Recent upgrades to the Skillman Street and I-635 interchange have also improved connectivity in the area.
According to the PR Newswire report, Mattamy’s Dallas division president, John Kuntz, said, “Lake Highlands is one of Dallas’ most beloved neighborhoods because it offers that suburbia-inside-the-city feel with strong schools, parks, and quick access to the places people need to be.”
He emphasized that the location will provide strong connectivity to the gated community. With its space, convenience, and sense of community, Lake Highlands Village will be an attractive option for residents.
