A new luxury high-rise in Uptown Dallas is now open for leasing. 2811 Maple is built by Crescent Real Estate and designed by architect Richard Keating. Located in Uptown Dallas, the 31-story tower ranks as the neighborhood’s tallest residential building. The high-rise is now open to lease applications, home tour bookings, and rental inquiries.

Uptown Dallas has welcomed its latest modern high-rise development. 2811 Maple is a luxury multifamily community developed by Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate and designed by Richard Keating.

The 31-story project includes 177 units equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. Construction began in December 2022 and the building opened to the public on July 7, 2025.

Nearby Reverchon Park connects the Katy Trail to Turtle Creek. The nearby Klyde Warren Park is also a good choice to stop by the food trucks or enjoy a live concert.

The interiors of 2811 Maple are thoughtfully designed by MaRS Culture. The interiors blend timeless design elements with modern finishes. The light-filled lobby showcases a curated art collection, setting the tone for the building’s upscale design. A full-time concierge service is available to cater to residents’ needs.

Every resident has access to a private library, which comes with a coffee bar. Meeting rooms serve business needs within the premises. Residents can stay active with access to a boutique fitness center on site.

The residences are planned to offer a spacious living experience. Expansive private balconies give stunning views of the city. Each kitchen features Italian cabinetry, quartz countertops, designer lighting, and premium appliances.

Every unit comes with full hardwood flooring. Bathrooms are designed with spa-inspired features like freestanding tubs and walk-in rainfall showers. Residences are designed as private retreats with spacious layouts and upscale finishes.

Lease Terms and Rental Details

The warm and welcoming design nicely complements the tower’s modern sensibilities. Out of the 177 available apartments, about 10% have already been leased, totalling 17 units.

The first residents are expected to move in by July 19. The rental range bracket is between $4,175 and $19,500. Current lease terms range from 13 to 18 months.

The tower offers walkable access to parks, restaurants, and shops in the heart of Uptown. From dining to groceries to shopping, residents can have their pick of their favorite entertainment activities.
