DFW foodies, get ready for a fresh serving of the dining scene’s favorite portmanteau. 30 Brunch House has signed a lease for a new location in Sachse.

The restaurant-which invites visitors to enjoy the best of breakfast and brunch-will be moving into a strip mall at 5250 State Highway 78, suite 100. 30 Brunch House will have a designated 3,360 square feet in the shopping center.

An opening timeline is not currently available. What Now Dallas has reached out to management for comment but has not yet heard back.

30 Brunch House has two other locations open and operational, one at 2455 Ridge Road #101 in Rockwall and the other at 1800 Dalrock Rd # 100 in Rowlett. It is unclear whether the Sachse restaurant will deviate in any significant way from its older siblings, however based on the existing menus, diners can look forward to a range of breakfast favorites, including omeletts and waffles alongside innovative creations like the breakfast BLT.
