Gabriel Shohet and Eirik Holth, two college roommates, founded Black Sheep Coffee back in 2013. Since its founding, the coffee brand has been offering 100% specialty-grade Robusta beans. This places Robusta as an alternative that is smoother and has higher caffeine than the traditional Arabica blends.

Black Sheep Coffee has 130+ locations across the world with operations spanning the U.S., the U.K., the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.

Black Sheep Coffee’s Little Elm opening adds another destination for specialty Robusta coffee in the booming North Texas market. The launch comes as the coffee brand widens its broader Texas expansion, including a new Austin location expected later this month.
