A new brewery is in the works for Allen. Armor Brewing Co. will be located at 9 Prestige Circle in Allen and is expected to open by the end of the year, according to the brand’s website.
Jennifer Todryk, from No Demo Reno on HGTV, will design the nearly 10,500-square-foot space that previously housed Nine Band Brewing. The new design will include a remodel of the existing space and an addition, according to a state project filing.
Todryk’s husband Mike Todryk owns the brewery, as well as Armor Coffee Co. located at 190 E. Stacy Rd. in Allen. Armor Brewing Co. will be a “welcoming brewpub where great food and drink blend with neighborhood vibes and activity,” according to a post on the brand’s Facebook page.
“It’s about craft, collaboration, and community with a goal of enriching the lives of folks in our neighborhood. An accessible, veteran-owned, world-class brewery, right down the street in Allen,” the post continued.
