A newly constructed Banh Mi Boys is expected to open in Plano sometime this summer, joining the shops and residential area, Plano Gateway, owner Thanh Le confirmed with What Now Dallas.

Banh Mi Boys currently has three other locations, one in South Carolina, one in Louisiana, and another already in Killeen, Texas.

The growing chain invites customers to “indulge in the vibrant flavors of Vietnam.” The website highlights Banh Mi — also called the Vietnamese Po’ Boy — as well as crispy fries, fragrant rice, savory spring rolls, delectable wings, and refreshing salads as delicious reflections of Vietnamese cuisine.

Popular picks include the sweet and spicy Korean Fried Chicken Banh Mi, crispy Crab Rangoon, Grilled Pork Spring Rolls, Cajun Crack Fries, and the fried-egg-topped K-Town Fries. But the menu continues with hit after hand-crafted hit, creating options rarely found on another menu, like the Roast Beef Debris Fries, Oyster Rockefeller Fries, and an expanse of Banh Mi options like the Spicy Asian BBQ Brisket, Honey Sriracha Shrimp, and more — dressed with a buttery spread, cucumbers, jalapeños, pickled carrots and daikon, and cilantro.
