A new cafe is preparing to change the DFW coffee landscape. Beans and Bubbles, a concept that just made its debut in Frisco last month, is getting ready to open its new location in Melissa, reports Culture Map Dallas.

The coffee shop is bringing Nepalese java to a 2,000 square foot storefront located at 3310 Sam Rayburn Highway #200. A precise opening date has not yet been announced, however the Beans and Bubbles Melissa Instagram account has it listed as “coming soon”.

The cafe is being launched by the BaseCamp Group, the team behind Frisco BaseCamp Restaurant and Bar. Co-founder Suman Tamang explains that the group’s heritage inspired the decision to pursue a Nepalese coffee shop, which turns the beloved beverage into an experience and not just a drink. He states: “In Nepal coffee is a part of our lives, we have to drink it to make our body warm in high altitudes, and we drink it many times a day. We try to cater to the people that will like good coffee, not fast coffee — we want people to enjoy.”

Of course, the menu prominently features coffee drinks. Beans and Bubbles offers several signature drinks, including the memorably named Boudha Bliss, which is espresso with mocha and coconut and the Dulce Maya, which fuses espresso with dulce de leche. The cafe will also offer a plentiful selection of espresso options and frappes. Visitors who don’t enjoy coffee won’t be left out in the cold; Beans and Bubbles will also offer smoothies, energy drinks, boba and fruit teas, bakery items, and ice cream.
