Declining Sales Prompt Closure
Owners Cory and Eva Cannon cited multiple reasons for the abrupt closure of their brewing brand. The duo stated that Siren Rock Brewing Company’s sales figures had dipped, making it difficult to keep the business running. They emphasized that the ongoing economic downturn, rising costs, and doubling interest rates had collectively led to the closure.
The owners added that over the past year they downsized operations and cut staff to cover expenses. However, things had gotten worse for Siren Rock Brewing Company, leading to the latest decision.
Open since 2021, the craft brewery and beer kitchen offered around 25 taps of handcrafted beers. Patrons visited for seltzer cocktails, such as Bloody Beer, as well. Menu favorites at Siren Rock Brewing Company include Bavarian Bites, Chicken Quesadillas, and Cali Meatballs.
As Siren Rock Brewing Company serves its last round, it closes out a four-year run in Rockwall.
