Birdcall is bringing all-natural chicken and made-to-order meals to Richardson next month, followed by a McKinney location somewhere toward the end of 2024 or beginning of 2025, owner Mark Lohmann confirmed with What Now Dallas. The location should complete construction sometime around May of this year, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Birdcall is currently curing chicken cravings in Colorado, Arizona, and two locations already in Texas. The quick-service restaurant puts creative spins on classic chicken sandwiches with options like the Spicy SzechYuan with chili oil, honey ginger coleslaw and charred scallion kewpie mayo, or the Rancher, which comes with bacon onion jam, white cheddar, and BBQ sauce.

For those that sandwiches don’t suit, Bircall has tenders, salads, and an array of sides including a shaved Brussel sprout salad, seasoned tots and fries.

Bircall serves breakfast and does not forsake dessert, with a sweet selection of shakes like banana cream pie, strawberry, and chocolate chip cookie dough. Follow the call at eatbirdcall.com
