DFW pizza fanatics, mark your calendars and prepare your eating pants. Pizza Guys, a new contender in the local pizza scene, will have its doors open and its ovens hot and ready to bake this fall, reports Community Impact.

The California-based chain will be setting up shop in the Coit Marketplace, in a 1,401 square foot storefront located at 9617 Coit Road, Suite 109. According to paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, work began on the project on June 1 of this year. Piping hot pies are right around the corner for Plano pizza lovers; a company representative states that Pizza Guys will be opening for business on October 18.

Pizza Guys is a new arrival for Texas in general; the DFW storefront will be the chain’s first in the Lonestar State, despite being on the pizza scene since 1986. The brand’s menu features a wide range of pies, including some more unexpected varieties like beef taco or artichoke fiesta mixed in with the traditional favorites.
