The fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant, CAVA, will soon take over the space of Zoës Kitchen on Lovers Lane in Dallas. CAVA acquired the brand in 2018 and has been renovating many of the Zoës Kitchen locations into CAVA restaurants.
According to a recent project filing, renovations at 5710 West Lovers Ln., Ste. 108 in Dallas could begin this fall with a tentative completion date of early February 2023. Proposed renovations consist of minor adjustments to the interior including the existing kitchen, plumbing, and electrical.
CAVA’s menu offers a build your own meal option that starts with a base of salad, pita, rice, and other options. You can then add your choice of a dip or spread—hummus, roasted eggplant, tzatziki, Crazy Feta, etc. Proteins such as grilled chicken and spicy lamb meatballs can be added, as well as your choice of toppings and dressing.
CAVA currently has more than a dozen locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
