Tarrant County, get ready for a scoop of sweetness. Coldstone Creamery has its sights set on a new Burleson location, according to recently filed paperwork.

The popular chain intends to set up shop at 805 NE Alsbury Boulevard Suite B. According to documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the new storefront will provide the beloved sweet shop with 1,875 square feet to greet and serve guests.

Fans of Cold Stone will have to wait a little longer to dig into a cool dish. TDLR paperwork shows that construction is set to commence on the project on April 1, 2025, with a projected wrap date of December 31 of this year.

Cold Stone is moving into an existing building, however the renovations will be relatively comprehensive; the space previously housed a veterinary clinic.
Paperwork shows that the Burleson storefront will be helmed by Swapna Varala, the Texas entrepreneur behind Burger & Curries. What Now Dallas has reached out for comment but has not yet heard back.
