On March 26, local restaurateurs gathered for an exciting networking opportunity at TEN Sushi + Cocktail Bar Dallas. The Accelerate event brought together business owners and industry-leading experts from What Now Media Group’s network of Preferred Partners for a night of connection and collaboration. The venue, located at 2301 N Akard St #230, is known for its unique and flavorful dishes such as crispy rice spicy tuna, assorted sashimi, firecracker wontons, and wok-based entrees.

Mariah Medley, Director of Events and Partner Engagement at What Now Media Group, led the event, fostering collaboration and mutual support between business owners and industry-leading experts from What Now Media Group’s network of Preferred Partners. Attendees enjoyed delicious food and beverages while learning from one another’s experiences and insights.

The event drew a diverse group of Dallas restaurateurs, including George Stergios, co-owner of Centro on the Square and Knife Steakhouse, both well-known for their exceptional dining experiences. Dominique Morales, Director of Sales and Special Events at Musume, a fine-dining sushi bar, was also in attendance, along with Rickey Booker and Brittany Criswell, co-owners of Breakfast Brothers, a popular breakfast concept.

Other key attendees included Yazan Soofi, owner of Arwa Yemeni Coffee, and Adrian Burciaga, owner of Dos Mares. These restaurateurs were able to exchange ideas, discuss industry trends, and build connections that will help further the success of their businesses.

In addition to the restaurateurs, representatives from several preferred partners were also on hand to provide support and resources to local business owners. Among them were SpotOn: POS Solutions, represented by Daniel Torres and Fernando Rodriguez, offering the latest in point-of-sale technology, as well as HPS Heartland: Payroll, with Emily Ratcliff and Steve Hong providing payroll solutions for the hospitality industry. ADT: Security Services, represented by Kenneth Jolly, offered security solutions tailored to restaurant needs, while Charter/Spectrum: IT Services and Sysco: Food Supplier rounded out the group, providing valuable IT services and food supply solutions.

As the event wrapped up, attendees appreciated the opportunity to connect, share, and collaborate. This evening laid the groundwork for future partnerships and further growth in Dallas’ restaurant community.
