Entrada, a mixed-use development that is in progress in the town of Westlake, will bring in three restaurants from the Dallas dining scene later this year.
According to a development update posted to the town’s website, Primo’s MX Kitchen, Dhalia Bar & Bistro and Parliament Wine & Cocktails will open at Entrada later this year. Right now, the buildings that they will be housed in at 63 and 55 Tarragona Dr (aka Restaurant Row) are under construction. They are expected to be ready by late summer and early fall.
Featuring a variety of Tex-Mex favorites, drinks and a brunch menu on the weekend, Primo’s MX Kitchen has two locations in Dallas and one location at Flower Mound’s River Walk. A concept from Refined Hospitality, Primo’s also offers private events and catering.
Dahlia is a Southern European-inspired bistro located in Dallas. In addition to its brunch and bistro menu, the brand features a botanical cocktail garden that serves crafted cocktails, wine and beer. The concept is from SBBC Hospitium LLC which is also behind Dallas bar favorites like The Tipsy Alchemist and Punk Society.
Located in the heart of Dallas’s Uptown, Parliament is a prohibition-style bar that features craft cocktails and an all-day happy hour every Monday. Opened in 2014, it is the brainchild of popular mixologist Eddie “Lucky” Campbell.
With architecture modeled after Spain’s Catalonia region, the 85-acre Entrada boasts a lake, canals and a number of other water features. When all is said and done, it will include offices, retail, hotels, entertainment, and over 300 residential units.
