Elaine’s Cocktail Kitchen: A New Spot in Downtown Frisco
Founded in 2024, Alora Hospitality Group (AHG) is making its debut in Downtown Frisco with Elaine’s Cocktail Kitchen. The restaurant is located at 8763 7th St in Downtown Frisco. Donny Churchman, CEO of Nack Development, and hospitality entrepreneur Jason Young founded AHG to elevate hospitality in downtowns.
Elaine’s joins AHG’s growing portfolio of thoughtfully crafted hospitality concepts. Visitors can enjoy delicious plates and craft cocktails from Tuesday through Saturday from 4 to 9 pm.
“Elaine’s is the culmination of our vision to create spaces where timeless design and hospitality meet modern culinary expression,” said Jason Young, CEO and co-founder of Alora Hospitality Group. “We’re proud to bring something so refined and experiential to Downtown Frisco—a place where locals and visitors alike can connect, unwind, and savor moments that feel both elevated and effortless.”
Inside the Vintage-Inspired Interiors
Designed by Burress Design Group, the interior offers warmth and a welcoming vintage essence. Emerald velvet sofas, marble-topped tables, and vintage chandeliers create a warm, nostalgic atmosphere.
With just 44 seats inside and bistro-style patio seating, Elaine’s offers an elevated environment that’s ideal for full-service dining, private dinners, and cocktail gatherings.
“When you dine at Elaine’s, the design is your first introduction – inviting, layered, and full of character,” says Christina Burress, Owner and Principal Designer of Burress Design Group. “But it’s the exceptional food and thoughtfully crafted cocktails that complete the experience, working in harmony with the atmosphere to create something truly memorable.”
Menu Highlights at Elaine’s Cocktail Kitchen
The menu at Elaine’s is created by AHG’s Chief Operating Officer and Culinary Director Amy DiBiase. It is a blend of European taste with a modern Texas spirit, emphasizing shareable plates. DiBiase brings more than two decades of culinary excellence to the concept.
Menu highlights include Elaine’s Charcuterie, Goat Cheese-Stuffed Peppadew Peppers, Buffalo Deviled Eggs, Foie Gras Torchon, and more. The pressed sandwich selection, all served on sourdough from local Frisco bakery, Croix Bakehouse, includes the Brie and Honeycrisp Apple Sandwich and French Onion Sandwich.
The cocktail menu incorporates kitchen ingredients to bridge flavors across the bar and table. Frisco local and veteran mixologist Chris Norton handles the bar. Elaine’s Martini, Ashes & Agave, The Emerson, robust wine program, and an elevated zero-proof menu, with mocktails, complete the menu.
With its refined design and inventive cocktail program, Elaine’s is quickly becoming a go-to destination in Downtown Frisco. AHG plans to expand its presence this year, with more openings aimed at revitalizing Frisco’s dining scene.
