A Feng Cha is being planned for a spot in Prosper. The newest location for the teahouse will be located at 4580 W University Dr., Prosper, TX 75078.
A recent project filing states the space must undergo extensive renovations including building the kitchen and service areas, adding a restroom and office, and electrical work. Construction at the 1,200-square-foot space could wrap up before the end of 2023, but there is no word on when the new Feng Cha might open to the public.
The Feng Cha menu features customizable drinks including Milk Foam Teas, coffees, Fruit Drinks, Pure Teas, and specialty drinks—choices include Dirty Boba, Mango Au Lait, and Jasmine Green Tea. Guests can choose the sweetness and ice levels, and add toppings such as aloe vera and lychee jelly.
A variety of desserts are also on the menu. Diners can enjoy sweet treats of Tiramisu Treasure, Oreo Cheese, Strawberry Princess, and Sea Salt Pearl.
According to the Feng Cha website, the brand hopes to bring people together in a comfortable environment where customers will “be able to unwind and feel at home” as they catch up with friends, study, or work.
