Brunch fever is sweeping the nation, and the DFW is hardly inoculated against its spread. The region is readying itself to welcome First Watch, one of the fastest growing daytime dining chains, this time in Keller, reports Community Impact.

The eatery will be serving the most important meal of the day as part of the upcoming The Shops at Keller Marketplace retail center. First Watch will be setting up camp at 1241 Keller Parkway, alongside Mo’ Bettahs and McAlister’s Deli.

Keller foodies may still have a relatively long wait ahead of them before they are able to dig into First Watch’s fare. The development received approval from the Keller City Council on April 15 of this year. Construction has not yet begun on the project, though ground is set to be broken soon.

First Watch entered the dining scene in Pacific Grove, California in 1983. The past few years have been particularly busy and auspicious for the chain, which has enjoyed considerable growth and expansion. The restaurant currently has 10 locations open across the DFW.

Future Keller regulars can look forward to a menu populated by traditional favorites like eggs benedict alongside unexpected originals like wild berry lavender french toast.
