Sure, Texas likes it some barbecue, Tex-Mex and anything (and everything) deep fried. But there’s a soft spot for salads out here, as well.
Salata, one of the fastest-growing and top fast casual restaurants is, after all, headquartered in Houston. And one of the brand’s franchise partners is opening another Dallas location at 6464 E Northwest Hwy, per lease intel.
Occupying suite 318, a 2,288-square-foot space, the restaurant is being brought to the Lake Highlands area by franchise owner Mark Robbins and his Pegasus Restaurant Group. The group owns and operates several other Salata locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex including in Addison, Arlington, Fort Worth, Las Colinas and Southlake.
Founded in 2005, Salata invites guests to “salad how you feel” with a menu that’s as colorful as it is customizable. The brand offers built-to-order salads and wraps, soups and organic teas and lemonades. All fresh fruits, vegetables and lean proteins are prepared and chopped in-house daily.
Guests can choose from five salad bases, more than 50 toppings, and 11 house-made, gluten-free dressings to build meals that fit their lifestyle.
Pickup, delivery with contactless options, catering and dine-in services are all available.
Salata currently has salad kitchen locations in 42 cities across 4 states with more on the way.
