Gen Korean BBQ House to Help Denton Ring in the New Year

The chain will be inviting local diners to prepare their own dishes on table top grills this January.

DFW diners, get ready to enjoy some of the nation’s favorite Korean cuisine. Gen Korean BBQ House, beloved for its interactive food preparation and promises of “all you can eat”, is opening a new location in Denton in early 2026, reports Community Impact.

 

The restaurant will be joining Rayzor Ranch at 3410 North I-35, Suite 130. The paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation pertaining to Gen Korean BBQ’s new Denton home states that the storefront will span 4,716 square feet. 

 

While an official opening date has not yet been announced for the popular chain’s latest Texas location, DFW diners can look forward to stopping in for delicious Korean barbecue in mid-January.

 

Gen Korean BBQ first started feeding hungry visitors in Los Angeles in 2011. Diners are invited to prepare their own meals on tabletop grills that “create an engaging, social, and highly interactive dining experience.”

 

Gen Korean now has more than 50 storefronts across the country. DFW diners can look forward to an: “…expansive menu highlights both traditional Korean dishes and Korean-American favorites, featuring premium meats, poultry, seafood, and fresh vegetables…Gen Korean BBQ continues to distinguish itself as a vibrant destination where great food and memorable moments come together.”
