If you are trying to be more health conscious these days, you might want to try Salad and Go. The drive-thru restaurant concept has been popping up across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, and it looks like the Arizona-based brand is now planning a spot in Plano.
The 860-square-foot space at 3401 Midway Rd., Plano, TX 75093 would be built from the ground up, according to state licensing information. The Plano location could open sometime in early spring of 2023. This will be Salad and Go’s second Plano location with one already in operation at 1400 Coit Rd.
The brand offers fresh, made-to-order menu items. Salads include the Cobb, BBQ Ranch, Buffalo Chicken, and Caprese, to name a few. You can choose to make any salad into a wrap. Salad and Go also offer soups, breakfast burritos and bowls, and lemonades, teas, and cold brews.
Founded in Arizona in 2013, Salad and Go now has multiple locations in operation throughout Arizona and Texas. According to the brand’s website, “Salad and Go is on a mission to make fresh, nutritious food convenient and affordable for all.”
