Exciting news for DFW foodies seeking their next great pizza obsession; Hideaway Pizza is preparing to open a new regional location. The Oklahoma-based concept will begin serving fresh pies in Fort Worth this summer, reports Community Impact.

The eatery will be getting brand-new digs, built from the ground up at 9800 North Freeway. Paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows that the building will provide Hideaway with 10,271 square feet of space for flipping its distinctive pies.

Work began on the site last October, and the restaurant is on track for a June 5 opening.

Hideaway Pizza opened its first location in Oklahoma in 1957. The chain has expanded in the intervening years; in addition to storefronts in Oklahoma and Arkansas, it currently has two DFW locations open and operational, one in Plano and the other in McKinney. Alongside its signature dish-the pizza is, of course, the star-Hideaway’s menu features salads, sandwiches, baked pastas, and desserts.
