Iced tea franchise HTeaO is expanding to East Texas with a new location in Gun Barrel City. The new location is set to open next week in Gun Barrel City, introducing the brand’s lineup of flavored iced teas and other drinks to the community. The store will celebrate with several grand opening promotions throughout the weekend.
Gun Barrel City Welcomes a New HTeaO Store
HTeaO is a U.S.-based beverage chain known for its freshly brewed iced teas. The brand provides a range of beverages such as iced tea, water, and coffee served in-store and via drive-thru service.
Each location offers more than 20 flavors of sweetened and unsweetened iced tea made with filtered water and natural ingredients. The company has its own supply chain to ensure consistency across its franchise locations.
Now, the brand is expanding its Texas presence. A new location is slated to open in Gun Barrel City, with the following details:

Kristen Brown and Jeremy Brown are the franchise partners who will own and operate the store. The menu will be similar to HTeaO’s original offerings.
The Browns said that the opening of the store is a big milestone for their family. They are very excited to present the brand to the community and establish relationships with people residing and visiting the vicinity of the Cedar Creek Lake.

Grand Opening Celebrations
The new HTeaO store is set up in one of the most dynamic communities of East Texas. The location is along West Main Street, a retail center of the city. This means easy accessibility to residents and visitors from Cedar Creek Lake.
The area attracts consistent weekend traffic from lakegoers, making it a convenient stop for quick refreshments.
To celebrate the grand opening on Saturday, the store will offer free cups of tea between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. More promotions will take place during the opening weekend. There will be a “buy one, get one free cup of tea” all day on March 14 through March 15.
Guests can also enjoy extended offers. Half-priced gallons of tea and buy one, get one free, all Brewhouse coffee will be available from March 14 to March 21.
In addition to the grand opening events, HTeaO has its ‘happy hour’ and ‘buy one get one’ deal every day between 2 and 4 p.m. The promotion gives customers a chance to try new flavors or stock up on their favorites at a discounted price.
In January 2023, the brand signed a minority partnership with Dallas-based private equity funds Crux Capital and Trive Capital to assist in its expansion plan. By July 2025, HTeaO had reached a milestone of 150 locations. It is still expanding its presence and focusing on community involvement and accessibility to guests.
