The completed renovation will provide the bakery with 1,100 square feet of space.
Insomnia Cookies first began keeping fans up all night in Philadelphia in 2003. Fueled by a range of classic treats as well as cookie sandwiches and pints of ice cream, the chain has spread to over 300 locations.
