Warm cookies and cold milk after an evening out. Why not? This option is coming soon to Arlington with a planned location for Insomnia Cookies. These late-night cookie shops have been popping up in college towns across the state in recent years.

Insomnia Cookies has several locations in operation across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex including in Dallas, Denton, Fort Worth, and Richardson. The latest addition to the cookie chain could open at 212 E. Abrams St. in Arlington sometime in the spring of 2023. The nearly 1,200-square-foot space will need new walls, finishes, and other renovations, according to a recent project filing.

Insomnia’s Classic cookie flavors include Chocolate Chunk, Double Chocolate Mint, and Sugar to name a few. A variety of vegan options plus gluten-free Chocolate Chip are also available. Deluxe cookies of Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup, Salted Caramel, and S’mores are on the menu, as well as brownies. You can purchase cookies individually or by the box, and cookie cakes are also available. Ice cream is an added option by itself, as a Cookie’wich, or served atop a cookie or brownie flavor.

Insomnia Cookies offers in-store orders, pickup, and delivery options for customers to experience delicious cookie flavors. They are open during the day into the late-night hours, so check the website for locations and hours.
