Burning Rice, a dine-in Korean BBQ and Bibimbap restaurant with seven locations across the greater Dallas region is kicking off renovations on a new, second location in Frisco.
According to permits filed to begin renovations, the 2,000 square-foot restaurant venue at 5999 Custer Rd is set to begin work this week and is estimated to be completed before the end of this year, with a possible opening to the public in Winter 2025.
Originally founded in 2017, Burning Rice offers traditional and plant based offerings “cooked in traditional stoneware, over an open flame, served sizzling hot,” according to their website.
Representatives for Burning Rice confirmed the news in a message to What Now Dallas but were not immediately available to comment on the plans.
