Lucky Goat Coffee Readies for Frisco Debut

The cafe will open its doors on the first day of spring, 2025.

A fresh java burst is blooming into Frisco this spring. Lucky Goat Coffee, helmed by local franchisee Sabrina Watkins, will be opening a new cafe in the region this March, reports Community Impact.

The cafe will is setting up its percolators at 2440 Eldorado Parkway, #210. Lucky Goat will be holding the grand opening for its new 1,500 square foot Frisco storefront on March 20 of this year.

According to paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, work began on Lucky Goat’s new home on November 4, 2024, and will wrap by March 15 of this year. 

Lucky Goat launched in Tallahassee in 2015. The Frisco location will be the chain’s first cafe outside of Florida, joining a roster of six other storefronts.
